Dr. Dagmar Maria Kamber Borens steps down from the Board of Directors

Dr. Dagmar Maria Kamber Borens, delegate of the Canton of Basel-Stadt on the Board of Directors of MCH Group, will step down from her mandate at the next Annual General Meeting due to an expanded role in her professional career. The position will be publicly advertised by the Canton of Basel-Stadt.

Since 2019, Dr. Dagmar Maria Kamber Borens has been a member of the Board of Directors of MCH Group, representing the Canton of Basel-Stadt and serving as a member of the Audit Committee. In this role, she has played a key part in shaping the company’s strategic realignment - most notably during the 2020 capital increase and the entry of Lupa Systems Ltd. as a second anchor shareholder.
