From Apprentice to Instructor

The success story of Jasna Niederberger is a great example of the diverse development opportunities within the MCH Group. From her apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (EFZ) in 2012 to leading major exhibitions – Jasna has continuously advanced her career.
Jasna Niederberger’s journey at MCH Group began in 2012, when she started as a commercial apprentice (EFZ), gaining valuable practical experience in various departments, including the Congress Center Basel. In spring 2015, she took on her first permanent position in exhibition management, where she steadily progressed – from project coordination to leading larger exhibitions.
Since autumn 2016, Jasna has been supporting the next generation of young talents as a trainer, having already mentored more than ten apprentices. "It is motivating to see how apprentices grow through their tasks and develop their skills. I truly enjoy guiding them and witnessing those moments when things suddenly ‘click’ for them," says Jasna, describing her passion for training.
