Among the participants are Pascal Steffen from Roots in Basel and Michaela Frank from Kultur Lokal Rank in Zurich, Niklas Schneider from Paradies Baden and Chef Pâtissière Sabrina Blum. From Monday, November 20 to Wednesday, November 22, the apprentice competitions will take place in the mornings. Sven Epiney will once again host the Cooking Arena.

In the Speakers Corner, various companies will present solutions, products and ideas in 20-minute presentations.
On Wednesday afternoon, November 22, the Speakers Corner will be reserved for the finalists of the Igeho Rising Star Award. The six start-ups will present their solutions and products to the expert jury and the audience in 5-minute pitches. Two of the start-ups will then be presented with the award by the jury and the audience.
